Jessica Lucas

Born in Manchester, Jessica attended University of Cumbria for a degree in Digital Painting and hasn’t stopped painting since. She offers portraits for cult film and TV shows and will be drawing portraits for the day.
At the Lakes International Comic Arts Festival 2017, Jessica released her comic book ‘Yours, Yesterday’; an autobiographical story of the aftermath of a break-up and the internal emotional storm one goes through the following day.
She is currently collaborating with a writer on a TBA zombie comic.

Tim Perkins

Tim is an award winning comic illustrator and writer and graphic novelist and has worked for over 30 years on comics as diverse as Dark Dominion, Transformers, Thundercats, Doctor Who, Judge Dredd, Dreamstone, Earthworm Jim, and Hot Wheels for Marvel, DC, 2000AD, Defiant, and Tekno, amongst a great many others.

He also works as a concept artist, designer and writer in the worlds of themed rides and attractions and in animation, as well as lecturing about comics, storytelling and creativity. He is also founder and lecturer on the Fantasy Art Unlimited art course and is company director of Wizards Keep Publishing, the publishing imprint of Wizards Keep Limited.

Gary Whitlock

Gary is probably identified through his Drell’s Marauders strip for David Lloyd’s online anthology Aces Weekly but the former graphic artist for Cleveland Fire Brigade’s Fire Prevention Department has numerous humour comics in his credits.
Among them are Gas, Gutter, Zit, Smut, Adroit and Acne while he also created an abundance of gag cartoons for The Weekly News.
Additionally Whitlock, who also drew for The Beano, is the founder of Monkeyhound Publishing through which he has released a variety of his own titles, occasionally under his pen name of Clan Whitlock. His self-published comics so far include Dinotoons, Creatures of the Weirdieverse and Damned Dirty Apes.

Neil Edwards

Neil is a comics artist based in Wrexham, North Wales. After breaking into the industry as a cover artist for Marvel UK (on titles including Transformers), he has since worked extensively in American comics for companies including Marvel (on Revolutionary War, amongst many other projects), DC, Dynamite Entertainment and BOOM! Studios, and has also drawn episodes of Tharg’s Terror Tales and Past Imperfect for 2000 AD, as well as Doctor Who for Titan Comics.
